"We", "Us" & "Our" refers to Gadgetsquick part of Quick Centre Ltd Company number 5087728 registered in England & Wales
"You", "Your" refers to the customer or website user.
"Website", "Store" refers to www.gadgetsquick.co.uk unless otherwise stated
The "Order" is the purchase of product from our store

 

Terms of Use
Your use of the GadgetsQuick web site www.gadgetsquick.co.uk and purchase of the products (or services) ("Products") on it means that you agree to these terms and conditions.
Price & Ordering The price shown on the website is generally correct and is subject to change at any time without notice. Our prices include the VAT (if applicable) within them.
Occasionally the incorrect price may be displayed on the website. If this is the case and an order is made, then you will be notified as soon as possible. We will inform you of the correct price of the product or service and give you a choice to continue the order (where the difference is to be paid for order to continue) or to cancel the order (whereby you will be refunded in full).
The Order is complete once the item has been despatched. Before this point the order is being processed. You may receive emails accordingly.
On some occasions we may not be able to fulfil a particular order i.e. if stock is unavailable. If this is the case we will inform you the same day and refund you any payments made with respect to the order through our website. We would also contact you if your order may be split for reasons of stock levels or if some items are being sent from separate locations (i.e. our partner suppliers directly).
Orders We reserve the right to cancel any order being processed on this website. In most cases where customer is contactable the reason for cancellation will be given. Most common reasons for cancellation is shipment outside UK, credit card fraud suspected transaction and out of stock product not withstanding other reasons. If you wish to place a high value order, we may contact you and ask you to email us further details with some proof of ID. This is a measure to reduce the incidence of fraudulent transactions made through the website. Failure to establish contact will mean the order will be put on hold. If no contact is received, the order will be cancelled after 5 working days. We may assume the order placed is fraudulent and inform the necessary authorities of the incident.
Delivery & Returns All orders placed on this site are subject to our Delivery and Returns Policies. Please refer to the relevant sections under the Info section.

Payment, Privacy & Security
The Payment methods incorporated in our online store is by Sagepay. Using this option your order information is securely processed by us then you will be taken to a secure payment page on to the Sagepay payment processing server
Privacy Policy GadgetsQuick holds all data in the strictest confidence and does not pass information to any other third party other than that essential data required to complete an online order and for its safe delivery to you. Under no circumstances will we divulge your personal information to any other party for external commercial gain or for marketing purposes. Our Server is 256bit encrypted by GEOTRUST SSL one of the worlds largest and most secure encryption certificate providers (just click on link in the information box). When you are going through the order process, the locked padlock symbol will be visible in you browser border to indicate that the information is encrypted. Order, billing and delivery information is the only information we have access to. We use your information for the purpose of processing the order only.
Fraud Prevention We reserve the right to request additional information if we suspect a fraudulent transaction has taken place or is in progress. This may be detected by our third party payment processing partners. Information will be required to verify your ID. We reserve the right to cancel any transaction which we suspect may be fraudulent and to forward the details through to the relevant authorities. Please make sure that all details are entered accurately at the time of the order especially address, e-mail address, contact phone number. If you cannot be contacted for ID verification within a reasonable time or do not receive any response from our attempts to contact you, we may cancel the order. Information will be recorded and used on suspicion of any fraudulent transaction, we will take the necessary actions and pass necessary information to the relevant authorities including the Police fraud department.
Cookies Cookies should be enabled on your browser for effective experience of our website. Your session data will be stored in a cookie on your computer.
The Data Protection Act and Privacy & Electronic Communications Act We are registered under the Data Protection Act, we have a legal duty to protect any information we collect from you. We use leading technologies and encryption software to safeguard your data, and keep strict security standards to prevent any unauthorised access to it. We do not pass on your details to any third party or government department unless you give us permission to do so. In accordance with the Privacy & Electronic Communications Act passed into law 11 Dec 03, we do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam).

Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return it to us in it's original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item(s). This means all packaging, seals and shrink wrap (if any) intact and we will issue a full refund for the price paid for the item. The refund will be issued by means of a credit card refund to the original card of payment. This will include a refund on the initial delivery charge but not on your return delivery costs.
Faulty Items If the item is believed to be faulty you must contact us as soon as possible using our online contact form or by email info(at)gadgetsquick.co.uk in the first instant. We will deal with each case individually. In most cases we will exchange the product for another and send out using the delivery option originally chosen for the order. The delivery cost will be covered by us if the product is found to be faulty - note you must provide us with a copy of the receipt of posting for action of refunding your delivery costs - only postage cost will be refunded and not any other associated costs.

If no fault is found after our evaluation, we will return the product to you on receipt of a £10 service and re-delivery charge. For items >2kg in weight may be subject to additional delivery charge. If value of the item is £15 or under, A £5 service and re-delivery charge will apply.

Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for any damages caused due to any improper use such as crash damage. If the item is judged to have been damaged through improper use, we will return the item to you and the item will be treated as if no fault is found (see above) and you will be charged accordingly for service and re-delivery. Furthermore some products deemed to have higher risk to damaged by improper use or crash damage such as flying/radio control toys or underwater devices may have individual highlighted instructions accompanying them on delivery.

If packaging has been tampered with on receipt of delivery please take a digital picture upon delivery with time and datestamp if possible. This will assist any claim which will have to be made by us.

It is essential that good communication is established as we may be able to assist with functionality concerns over telephone or e-mail potentially saving time and costs.

Returning Items BEFORE RETURNING AN ITEM PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST 

For your protection, when you return the product to us we recommend that you use a traceable posting method either Royal Mail Parcels or Recorded/Special Delivery for goods worth over £50. For goods worth less than £50 sending using Royal Mail 1st Class or 2nd class is sufficient - but you must obtain a certificate of posting at the time of posting, (which is free when you post from a post office) 

When making a return ensure that the item is packaged suitably & securely, and the product itself has all its original packaging and trimmings included.

For much higher value goods or where an exchange is agreed prior to our evaluation you must contact us to arrange.

Ideally with your return please supply a copy of the included packing slip if this is not possible for whatever reason, you must include the following information with every Returned Item: Your Name, Order Ref, e-mail address, telephone contact & the reason for return and also inform us (preferably by email: info(at)gadgetsquick.co.uk) in good time so that we can expect your particular return and deal with the matter efficiently.


Shipping & Delivery

Items ordered before 2:30pm on any working day (excluding Bank/Public Holidays) will usually be processed the same working day 

Items will be delivered using either of the following methods:

Standard Service

Royal Mail 2nd Class: UK delivery royal mail second class service intended for 1-4 day delivery. Normally parcels are delivered within 3 working days. 

Expedited Delivery Service

The Expedited delivery service is chargeable and the price will clearly be displayed throughout the checkout, prior to payment. The service will be provided by A courier or via Royal Mail Special delivery (requires a signature at the point of delivery). PLEASE NOTE: The order MUST be placed before 2:30pm on any working day (saturday deliverys not yet possible). 99% of orders reach their destination Next Day. 

Also note Christmas and Holiday Restrictions apply.

Also note we cannot provide Signed for Expedited delivery for Scottish Highlands, Islands inc. Isle Of White, Isle Of Man, Channel Islands, or Northern Island for Heavy Items / orders > 2Kg and will revert to the Fastest Possible shipping service from one of our shipping providers.

What if I haven't received my order? 

In the first instant, if you haven't received the product within 5 working days of order, it may be due to unforeseen circumstances from Royal Mail or courier service. Please contact us using the contact form and we will notify the relevant delivery company of the delay.

If your order still hasn't been received after 10 working days of cleared payment Please contact us.

Stock shortages

In most cases low stock or out of stock warnings will be visible in the items description.

In the event that a particular stock is not available we will make every effort to inform you the same working day. If stock is about to come in soon we will issue you with an estimated delivery date. We may offer you an alternative (similar item) or we will give you the option to cancel the order. We will contact you to pursue the solution that is most suitable.

To summarise:-

Currently we deliver only to the UK.

If item not received within 5-7 working days UK, contact us through the website contact form.
