It has an individual tube for each coin denomination and it actually tabulates each coin when inserted with the full total of all the tubes being displayed on the clear LCD screen at the top of the unit.

Fear not though, if you hit hard times and need to withdraw coins, all you need do is insert you own chosen security code and press the withdrawal  button at the bottom of any of the respective coin tubes and the machine will automatically adjust the total amount display on the LCD screen.
